In-Store Pickup

How It Works:

  1. Shop Online: Browse our carefully curated selection of all-natural treats, foods, and supplies for your pets. Fill your cart with the paw-fect picks.

  2. Select In-Store Pickup: During the checkout process, choose the In-Store Pickup option. This signals our team that you'd like to collect your goodies in person.

  3. Receive Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need. 

  4. Receive Your Pickup Notification: Once we have fulfilled your order (typically the same day or within 24 hours unless you order a Concierge item) you will receive a notification saying your order is ready for pickup.  

  5. Visit Our Store: Head over to our little shop at your convenience, during normal business hours. Team Pawsnickety will have your order ready and waiting.

  6. Personalized Assistance: Need any additional help or have questions about your purchase? Our staff LOVES to offer guidance and support!
